To meet with Dr King via telemedicine, first you need to have installed on your device one of the following browsers:  Chrome for Windows  or Firefox for Windows  browser (click on blue underlined links to download). Also for Android phones there is Chrome for Android or  Firefox for Android. Also for IOS phones there is Chrome for IOS  or Firefox for IOS.  Safari also works for IOS phones and should be pre-installed on your IOS phone.   A webcam and microphone are also required. You may use a computer, smartphone or tablet as long as one of these browsers is available. You will have an opportunity to test your connection  while in the virtual telemedicine waiting room.

1. Call us to arrange a time for your Telemedicine appointment.
2. If not already available, download and install Chrome, Firefox, or Safari on your desktop computer, laptop computer, tablet or phone using the above underlined links.
3. Read and agree to the consent form below.
4. Then click on the light blue button "Click Here to Consent, Agree & Enter Waiting Room" underneath Dr. King's name in the black box below these instructions.
5. Then Enter your name and click Check In.
6. You are now in the "virtual" computer waiting room.  Wait for Dr. King's office to start the call. While you wait you may test your connection by clicking on the blue "Pre-call Test" button in the lower left corner.
7. There is a $75 fee for up to a 15 minute visit for this service.  We will collect the fee prior to your telemedicine visit via Credit Card. Additional 15 minute blocks or parts thereof will be  similarly charged. Help us to try and run "on time" and hold your cost down by limiting the consultation to 15 minutes. 
8. It is anticipated that after December 31, 2020 insurance will no longer cover COVID-19 related or unrelated telemedicine visits. We will not file insurance  for telemedicine after that date.
